Veteran Hospitality Industry, Helms brings 17 years of successful sales and creative marketing experience to his new role guiding the hotel sales and marketing efforts.Helms previously held key positions in several of the best hotels in Seattle, including the Olympic Four Seasons Hotel (now Fairmont Olympic), Westin and Ezhuoter. Her resume also includes sales, marketing and executive roles with the MEETING of the Helms-Briscoe and the Grand Heritage Hotel Group in Portland, Oregon.
Her experience includes repositioning niche book to attract new audiences, increase sales and promote special events. She has extensive experience in developing advertising campaigns in all media including the Internet, radio, video, direct mail and print advertising. During his time as a Meeting Planner, she earned a Certified Meeting Planner destination.
Helms connects the city of Seattle, Washington hotel as it passes $ 25 million remodel that will touch every room and public space in the hotel, making it a prime destination boutique hotel in Seattle.
