November 16, 2012 — Dell announced on Friday that it has acquired infrastructure automation software provider Gale Technologies for an undisclosed amount. In addition to the acquisition, Dell has formed its Enterprise Systems and Solutions organization to focus on the delivery of enterprise workload solutions.
