000webhost link: www.000webhost.com That link is a referral link; If you sign up using that link that gives me extra bandwidth, which i would greatly appreciate! Hey guys! This is the first EVER video i’ve made that I’ve recorded myself and my first video that actually teaches something important/useful. This is the first video in my series of learning to make PHP I’m not very old so my voice is a bit squeally, which caused that crackling in the beginning i think. If you need any help, or any comments, please drop a comment. Constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys and watch out for the next video somewhat soon!

man from all my years of experience women are the worst programmers. Seriously, they don’t enjoy programming, they suck at it, and their forward planning ability is limited.

Points for whoever can guess which OS this is. (it’s not what you think :))

Thanks a lot mate keep up the good work!

  13. souleben Says:

you have to have a page called index.html or index.php or something called index to act as the homepage, or “index” of your directory. once you do that, and you have an index page (prob. html/php) you wont see the directory listing. That’s just there as a placeholder for the real index you have yet to put.

  14. souleben Says:

Sorry all for the horrendous audio/video quality. I’ll try to reupload this and do a sequel. Thumbs this up if you’re interested.

  15. Zakoulis Says:

Hey man thanks for the tips! very useful. I have a question: when i load my page from chrome, i get a list with index i have on the ftp server (.swf .html bla bla). How can i avoid that and get directly to my page?

  16. CharlBrazle Says:

Omg why you upload this? Sorry but the audio is horrible!

  17. hjjais Says:

you shouldn’t of shown us the FTP hostname username and password, because then anyone could upload their site to your file 😛
