PLEASE READ!! I am no longer answering questions for this video. Unfortunately I don’t have time right now to answer them. I’m very sorry! The line of code: java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar If the above code doesn’t work, try: “%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe” -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar Minecraft_Server.jar (If you use the second code, it will add a – next to the jre6 part. YOU NEED TO ERASE THE -) Links: Buy the game: www.minecraft.net Check your IP www.whatismyip.com We take a look at setting up a multiplayer server using the .jar file.

    To fix it, open your minecraft server folder.

    double click the PROPERTIES file named “server”

    when that opens you should see something that says “server-port=25565” (25565 is the default)

    change that 25565 to a different number (even 25566 could work)

    SAVE

    now you should be able to play on your server by typing your ip address:25566

    (example: 000.00.00.000:25566)

    @minecraftandskulls

    You need to use the second line of code that he gave you but be SURE TO ERASE THE – character, meaning the minus sign AFTER YOU PASTE IT INTO NOTEPAD to the line must become

    “%ProgramFiles(x86)%Javajre6binjava.exe” -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar Minecraft_Server.jar

    and be sure to double check
