    @MasterShoby One of the reasons we teach beginners to install at a host, instead of locally, is that there is a lot that can go wrong with a XAMPP (or WAMP) installation. Our Joomla Pro course includes a series on using XAMPP. But in any case, you’d be best to ask your question at the Apache Friends Forum.
