    query browser is a client program, needs to connect to the database, which is a server application, and installed on a server box -pc-. So, you need to know the server ip OR server name OR server’s DNS name, AND the port number that you can connect to MySQL. the default port number is 3306 (check with the server). also, you need to have a username and password to connect to the MySQL database.

    contact your web hosting provider. Or if you are running localhost on your pc for test. use localhost.
