How does this compare to the venerable iSight webcam?

  2. christopherself Says:

I think the lighting is a bit harsh on your face. Sure, your shirt looks good, but it’s makes your face looks weird. Just my opinion.

hello where do i buy a snowball webcam? do you have a review of one that you have unboxed?

  4. daanbrg Says:

Good review, but don’t forget that the stereo microphones in the webcam aren’t even the size of a lavelier microphone – that means that there’s not a whole lot of quality to be expected. If you’re looking for video+audio quality, I think you should go with the FaceVsion.

  5. Dell0304 Says:

@thecreativeone Oh, I see. Good Video! (duh, your videos are always awesome)

  6. MrCr80man Says:

I might buy this myself 😀

Off-Topic: When you are making videos like this, you should put the Tek Social logo on your TV! That’d be pretty cool

  7. thecreativeone Says:

@Dell0304 I wanted to give my viewers an idea of what to experience using the onboard mics. Using the Snowball would be misleading.

  8. Dell0304 Says:

So why aren’t your using the snowball for this video?

  9. DJscooterTEAM Says:

will you please do a new room tour…
    p.S. good video like always

  10. igeekone Says:

Bounce the light to soften it up or use a diffuser, it looks to harsh pointed directly. The video quality is excellent and perfect paired with your Blue Snowball.

    @torberen yes

  14. saxman112 Says:

take of your glasses…too much glare but good video

  19. cpukid00 Says:

Apple needs to make an iSight HD! I have the Logitech C510 and I love it. However it doesn’t have full Mac support, like the Facevision.

  20. PeterGregg Says:

Turn the lamp around to face and bounce off the wall. Bounce light is 4 times softer than direct harsh light. ~P

  21. TheIncrediblePeach Says:
