    with ubuntu you can run it from CD then install it to USB the same way you install to a HDD but you pick the USB Drive during install when it asks which HDD to put it on
    then the USB works like a HDD install

    PCLinuxOS sucks itried it before… I feel it just wierd. I have a Pentium 4 3GHZ and 2GB Ram and it was very slow… But Ubuntu runs fine….
