Best site for hosting and building a site?

Linux Cpanel shared hosting: 600 GB disk space, 6 TB bandwidth, free domain, unlimited databases and ftp accounts, web hosting cheap and pro at Hostony

A compare website hosting question:

I am very computer literate. I used to have my own site that a friend built and maintained for me but I let it expire since he didn’t really have the time and I don’t really have the website design experience or knowledge. But I know there are sites out there like homestead.com and 1and1.com that host sites rather inexpensively and provide tools and templates to build your own that are fully customizable. I don’t expect free but am looking in the 5-10 dollars a month range for something that hosts, registers the domain obviously, and allows me to use its tools to build my own site without having to know any coding. I of course want something that looks as professional as possible, but that I can still maintain and build myself. Just wanted a few suggestions on places I should look at and compare. Thanks.
