Does anyone know how to create a library in php code for a database website?

    Hi there,

I’ve created a simple database and a simple form for someone to fill out, that information will then be stored into the mysql database. My question is do i place the phpscript in the same file as my form.

for example when you look at the coding view you will see the code for the html form, but where do I put the connection code for mysql. in the same code as the form?

    really need your help dude
