XAMPP is a free installer that has Apache / PHP / MYsql / perl and more integrated so you won’t have to configure anything yourself.     You are good at making tutorials, but you’re making a mistake that most novices do. You explain unnecessary things. For example, on the installer screen, you said, “It supports Dutch, English, and Japanese”, which is true, but irrelevant. If you improve on that tiny little mistake you will be a great teacher!

    (I know this is almost 3 years old, but you may still want my input)

I’ve edited the ‘a’ tag references but the pages are still separate .php files whereas I need them to be as parts of one .html website. I believe it is an easy task but unfortunately am completely clueless in regards to HTML, CSS etc. thus need help. Thanks.

    (Apache)Tomcat
    and
    MySQL
    Maybe Mercury(If needed)
